Had the pleasure of teaching a beginning painting class to some little cuties! It was for grades 3rd - 5th and they were so fun! I was so shocked at how good they did and how long they could work to complete a painting...They did some super fun Pop Art for our last session today. It turned out really cute! Over the past month they have amazed me with the fab job they did! I can't wait to teach my little cutie the basics of painting! I can just see the future painter in her :)

I have a lot of catching up to do posting my recent sessions....but first had to share the wonderful wedding I had the honor of photographing over the weekend. A day filled with a calm bride and groom..adorable flower girl..an 82 year young grandmother..and a bagpipe player...A wedding I won't soon forget. This wedding was so unique and filled with personal touches by the bride and groom. I had never seen such a calm and collected bride as Aimee. She made my job very easy. Had a blast at the wedding, and loads of fun at the reception. I wanted to get out and do some dancing of my own (they had a great DJ) but I stuck to getting some dancing pictures that are sure to get some laughs. Thanks for a wonderful evening and a wonderful wedding Sam and Aimee. You guys are a perfect match and I wish you all the best!

You might be expecting more than one bundle of joy in the next few months, or know someone that is....If so, contact Art and Soul for a waived sitting fee for a newborn session of multiples! The free session needs to take place in the first two weeks of life, while your baby is still all curled up and sleepy. How long will they be this small? How long will their head fit in the palm of your hands? Book your session for March, April ,or May, and always have the photos to remember just how small they really were.
Session can take place in the comfort of your home, no need to drag your babies all over town. Plenty of time is built in for feeding, snuggling, and more... Little Baby Hallie...What a sweetheart...Just shy of three weeks old, Hallie was as sweet as they come. We snuggled, cuddled and more...but she was all about staying awake and being a part of the fun! Hallie was such a sweetie and made for a wonderful afternoon...Had so much fun catching up with an old friend - sweet Joni and her husband Michael.
